Dendrobium dropped its leaves

It is in bark, with lava rock on the bottom. I water it maybe every ten days? It is in an east window. Its flowering. The flowers are ugly, but that's a different issue. What's wrong with it?

First picture is what it looked like a month ago. The rest are from today.

It looks like a Dent. phaleanopsis, they dont need winter rest, especially with new growth coming from the bottom. Dents like a lot of light and try giving it more water.
