Hrm.. I'd wait a couple of days more, then water it.

My mini phals seem to like to get a bit drier than the larger ones. They grow more roots and leaves, if I forget about them, than they do if I baby them.

An hour would be more reasonable so it can absorb any moisture that might be in the bottom of the pot. I leave these in most of my pots. I pull them out to see what conditions are like in the bottom of the pot where it is last to dry out. If it is always wet in the bottom centre of the pot, rot can develop. It's why you want good air holes and open media and to let the plant dry before watering again.
