I know what you mean. I had to learn to control myself on buying beads. I would want to buy all of these beads that I liked and that went with nothing that I had. I have to pick out a project, then focus on getting the beads for that project. I still have some beads that I bought on impulse 2 or 3 years ago. Beautiful beads! Just I can't fit them with anything.

Don't feel bad about that...one day they will come in handy, we all have those beads laying around from the past.

Hi Jo Ann,

LOL on the (yes I do)!

No secret on the way I make them, it's just that I do it different than 98% of Lost wax Jewelers out there. I was a porcelain artist, so I treat wax different from others...they carve and I sculpt.

My blog does one thing...it shows how I make my jewelry... Dawn Vertrees

Let me know if it helped you or just confused you?

So, do you sell any of this? I looked for a store link on it but couldn't find one.

I have only been making sterling silver jewelry since July of 07' so my Orchid jewelry is just getting starting. I had a Master Jeweler who was about to retire until he saw my porcelain orchids...he told me that he would give me three years of his time to teach me about making jewelry, needless to say he is my hero.

But to answer your question, I would have to talk to the higher ups here on this board first before I can answer that question...I just don't want to step on any toes.

I will get back to you but thanks for asking.

Thanks Jo Ann

Hopefully soon you will see the pieces in the Marketplace. I just sent the Phalaenopsis to be sand blasted so that I could have that soft look and they just called and said they are ready and look great! YAY!
