Excellent news! Congratulations!

The little balls/shoots (protocorms) will take a while to change and grow, but will eventually get bigger over the next several months. Cattleya-alliance seeds that I flasked on September 4 germinated about 3 weeks later, and now have shoots that are turning into the first leaves. It's exciting, but does take a long time!

well done ! the next year is going to be tricky for you as you will probably have to do a few replates as the plantlets grow on. I checked my records - the soonest I have deflasked phals has been at 12 months, most are between 12 and 18 months.
