Meaning of BLC and EID
Hello, I have owned orchids for 5 days. Some of my orchids are marked BLC some EID. What do these initials mean and what are the implications for plant care?

I've never seen the abbreviation Eid. Are you sure it isn't
Epi
?
Epi = Epidendrum

I've not seen EDI either, like Philip I would guess it's meant to be Epi.
