Question need advice on NoID Phalaenopsis pods

Hello everyone! I am quite new to OB and to orchids too and I need your opinion on a little unintended experiment I started on February this year. I tried to self-polinate one of my NoID phal in order to practice a pollination technique I saw somewhere on youtube. I didn't expect it to work, but it did. So here I am, six month later with 5 large pods on my orchid. I read somewhere that pods should mature between 3 to 6 month, but those 6 months have already passed and my pods still look green, with no intention to ripen. My question is: is this normal? Should I wait more?
This is how they look:

some of mine have taken up to 11 months. The bulk are around 8 months. Your next decision will be to either green pod or to wait until the pods naturally dehisce.
Yours look good, congratulations on a successful pollination.

I guess I'll have to wait a little more, maybe two months or so...
But now I have a new question rising: suppose I get to harvest it and propagate successfully, is it advisable to propagate NoIDs?

it depends what you want to do with them ! Its going to take a few years to grow them up.
See my postings under Nobby's Amy in propagation. Its a cross I made and if they are "special", I will register the cross........but I have to wait until they bloom.
