That spike won't grow or bloom again but it should spike again. From what I can see the roots & leaves look healthy enough, so just keep doing what you're doing. Also you might want to check out The Phal Abuse Ends Here sticky. Filled with great info.

No. That spike is not going to flower or do anything at all. But you might get a new spike on this phal if you continue to look after it.

You're only likely to see a new spike grow in Autumn; summer temperatures tend to be a bit too high to get the bud to differentiate into a flower spike. See the section on temperature in this post about Phalaenopsis.

Phalenopsis won't regrow a dead, brown spike like that, but the "nodes" lower down on a still green spike (before it goes brown!) may sometimes throw out another side shoot, particularly if you chop the spike just as the last few flowers are fading (leave 2-3 nodes below the cut).

You should get a new spike when fall arrives. Then, the temperature begins to fall, not to freeze, but the air is slighty cool. The phalaenopsis orchids require cool fall temperatures to put out new spike, and of course food with high phosphorus number, to support healthy and beatifull blooms. As I see the rest of the plant looks healthy, just keep feeding it with balanced fertilizer, then later, about at the begining of september, feed it with fertlizer that has high phosphorus number to help the plant produce the bloom spike more healthy. Good luck with your orchid! Crossing fingers!

The few Phal hybrids I have (or had) spiked in late winter/early spring, so it can vary.
