Many Phalaenopsis blooms are triggered by the drop in temp and shorter days of fall.
If yours is in the house you might try moving it to a cooler area. A 10 deg drop for a week or two may do it.

If it bloomed as recently as Nov, you may be needing to wait for the next cycle. If this is a miniature, 4-5" isn't so small, but I'm not sure in your case. Either way, give it good care, and the plant will bloom when ready, probably in 3-6 months.

Let it grow some new leaves and roots and let it build up some more energy for blooming. Blooming takes a lot of energy from the plant so it needs to rest. It just bloomed so it might not bloom again until next fall. My NoID Phal blooms once a year but some bloom more. Orchid growing requires a lot of patients! Good luck!

I had some phals that should have bloomed again already but taking into consideration I moved and disturbed their habitat I don't expect any blooms, just them to survive!

I agree with the others. Give the plant a bit of time to rest and to grow a new leaf or two, then give it a temperature drop.

Rather get yourself one or two more phals in bloom to enjoy flowers while you wait for those that already have flowered to build up energy for new blossoms.
