Look at the canes. If there are flower stubs up and down the canes it is likely a nobile type. If the flower stubs are at the tip of the canes, then it is a different type.

I'm afraid I'm not an expert on spotting nobile type dens, except from 'looks a bit like my nobile' :coverlaugh:

However Orchid126 is right that nobile's have flowers up and down the cane rather than spikes out the top, however I'm not sure if there are other types that also have that.
