I am hoping that someone could possibly post a link to help me with my 2 newest non phals. I recently got a reed epidendrum and haven't been able to find much info on it I have had it couple of weeks and have repotted it in bark. My other orchid is a grn maudiae and i got it today also I did a repot on it as everything that I read said that it would be ok are they same as phals culture wise? If someone could advise me that would be fantastic!
Congrats on the new plants. The reed Epi is really nice, and will do well in bark. I have one which has been happily growing in nearly full sun with a daily misting on the roots and a weekly watering.
Not sure about the other one, though!

nice! reed stem epis, in my experience at least, don't like to get dry (can take being drier in winter, but water freely in warm weather), and want a good deal of sun
Paphs don't want to get dry either, light similar to Phals, repot annually unless they are in inorganic media
