Try reducing the frequency of fertilization to once every 2 weeks.

Then try reducing the amount of water, down to 3 times a week.

Check the air circulation.

How long ago since you last changed out your media?

If it's been a while, try changing the media out.

I can see you pics fine now. It certainly looks like you have good roots. the top of the moss looks pretty green. Maybe reducing watering frequency as Philip suggested would be good and increasing air movement if you don't have much. I have a small table fan blowing just under the rack where mine sit and aiming slightly upward. the leaves just gently move. Your plant looks healthy and unless lots of new leaves are falling off, maybe it is just shedding some of the older ones now.

I think the original poster had no sign of healthy roots, but the amount of fertilizer they were using was in question.

I hadn't changed the potting medium since I got it, it looked pretty fresh when I got it. When did I get it? Well I just have to say, my how time flies! October of 2009! Guess I need to repot it, I could have sworn I just bought the plant early last year...lol. I do have a an osculating fan in the room. I'll try to cut back on the fertilizing and not water by spraying to avoid getting water in the crown. And I'll try and cut back the watering to three times a week. Thanks for the help and I hope this will help others as well as the original thread starter!
