The one in the center of the picture looks to me as if it's withering and can probably be cut off. The two on either side look like they should be left, they look either new, or like they could easily flower again.
Just one note about the advice of cutting a spike above a node to get more flowers. While this can work you need to make sure you only do it if the plant seems strong enough to flower again. This method can sometimes force phals to keep flowering until they are so weak the plant will die. I prefer to just let the plant do what it decides rather than forcing anything.
