Like any "folk" remedy, your results may vary from total success to total failure. Either may or may not be due to the folk remedy.

I have read that cinnamon can dessicate the roots.

I have been using a substance called Dragon's Blood with good success.

You guys are so funny. I love it. Who knew that cinnamon could be so useful?! Well, I will certainly remember this if something horrible starts happening to the orchids (or me). Thank you!!

And I just had a fantastic memory of my mother making me buttery toast with cinnamon on it... YUM.
