I use it all the time, when I get sick I put in my tea, on rice pudding, vanilla shakes at star bucks coffee, cakes... Oh and yes, I put it on open wounds on my orchids. I have never gotten rot from a wound on an orchid after applying cinnamon powder.

It has been said that you can seal any cuts to the roots with wax ..
I keep forgetting to buy bee's wax candles ..

I like the pre made cinnamon waffles , put in toaster , butter , dust with powered sugar .. Yummy .. gin
