ID please and a few questions
Hello all, i have had the orchid bug for about a year now and cant get enough of them! I have been having some luck so far with 1 rebloom, and lots of budding and growth! I just bought another one today that i need an ID for, it has a very pleasant fragrance and has another bud growing, it is the first pic. Also attached are pics of 2 plants that i brought back with me from Christmas that my parents had thinking i can save them, how do they look, salvageable? The 3rd pic is my oncidium, he is starting to drop his bloom, do i cut his stalk once the bloom has fully run its course? Lastly a pic of the whole setup, the bloom all the way to the right is my first rebloom that opened on new years day! Thanks for your help.

Hello, welcome, the No ID in the first picture looks like a Miltonia, I'm guessing a hybrid of Milt. vexillaria.

1st is Miltonia or Miltoniopsis (information can be found under both names), second a Phalaenopsis that looks like it needs to be repotted, third an Oncidium or hybrid of Oncidium and other genera. Beyond that it is probably impossible to identify any of them.

So pretty, looks like you are really taking good care of them. Maybe you can share your tips with us. Welcome to the Orchid Board. Keep up the good work!

Welcome to O.B.!
Wow - your question about whether they can be salvaged seems out of place - they look fantastic.
Everything isn't always as it seems however - have you looked at the roots? Sometimes the top and blooms look great (like yours) but the roots or the media are starting to go. Probably no problems, but something to watch for.

1st one is definitely a Miltoniopsis but hard to say which one.

Thanks for all the responses and the kind words. The phals (it is 2 plants in 1 large pot) I am trying to bring back to life have very small and withered leaves compared to my other phals, these new pics should show it better than the first pic did. I plan on caring for them the same as my other phals since they all are doing well unless someone here has any suggestions.
I have yet to get a bloom off a new spike. In fact I have yet to have a new spike on any of my plants. All of my phals grow new branches off the existing spike and these are forming buds and now blooming. Should I keep going for reblooms this way or should I be trimming the spikes down once they bloom? Is it harder to get a new spike to grow than it is to get an existing spike to branch and then bloom?

Well, I am betting the roots are bad. Withered leaves usually mean they are not getting water. I would repot in good medium bark and hope for the best. Also, in very small pots. I have two like that and am still hopeful that they will live. they were in spag when I got them and had very bad rotted roots. I have never had luck with the spag and bag method, so put them in new media with small clear pots and hope for the best.
Anyway, I think you have a root problem. Let us know and good luck.
