What's up with this?

Yesterday went to the local Trader Joe's and purchased a Phal Taisuco Gold x Phal equestris 'Alba' for $8.00. I knew I would lose the opened flower and buds because they had a pinched spot on the stem and were droopy. I wasn't concerned and purchased anyway because I knew it could be rebloomed and was just too good a deal to pass up.

But, and you knew there had to be one, when I got it home I noticed the newest leaf was as thin as tissue paper. The older leaves were fine. I hope you can see from the picture, that the leaf is creased.

My question is should I be worried about this, or just chalk it up to the care it didn't receive while in transit and in the store.
