T5 "bulbs"

I am tired of my catts with sheaths but no blooms, so I thought I might invest in a small T5 fixture. My question though is about the lights for the fixture. My local nursery has "vegetation" bulbs and "harvest" bulbs. Which should I get, to encourage my catts to bloom? They are in a south window, but because the sun is so high in the sky they really do not get a lot of light, so I thought I should give them a little more, to help them out.

If I had to guess I would say the harvest bulbs because I believe you get enough of the blue spectrum to get vegetative growth and you need the red to get a flower or and other type of harvest
