OK, there aught to be brackets in there somewhere because without them it can be read a couple of ways but I'm going to guess it's...
Paph. Supersuk "Eureka" AM/ARS x
(Paph. Ra
isin Pie
"Hsinying
" x SIB
)
... because that makes the most sence. (I've highlighted the bits I've changed.)
If I've got that right, then it's first off a cross between two Paph. Raisin Pie "Hsinying" (which as I said above the result will be a Paph. Raisin Pie but no longer the cultivar/clone "Hsinying"), then the resultant Paph. Raisin Pie has been crossed with Paph. Supersuk "Eureka" AM/ARS.
For this second parent the "Eureaka" is again a name for a particular cultivar/clone of Paph. Supersuk in this case the "Eureaka" cultivar has also been awarded which is what the AM/ARS stands for.
Finally I have found that Paph. Raisin Pie x Paph Supersuk has been registered as Paph Hsinying Alien so the name Hsinying Alien can be applied to your orchid as the hybrid name.
