He does explain on his website why it takes so long to ship.

They surely are small huh? hahaha!! he uses a funky predetermined date for his shipping schedule, he is probably in a rural area and has a scheduled pick up from some carrier, that would be my guess.

He imports them from Thailand. So he has to wait for the shipping as well and customs clearance. It is stated on his site.
Well I have a Vanda Pachara small sized it is growing healthy. And some hard cane Dendrobiums. One died. But 2 for 1 is OK.
My worst experience was with another vendor that posts here. I got 3 plants without roots. 2 died and I think the small Encyclia had fungus. And what survived a Brassavola Little Stars had the tag of those Better-Gro that are sold at Lowes in a bag.
He never replied about sending a replacement etc etc...
I think Bill Asia's small Vandas are small but they can grow OK. it is interesting of having 2 of the same. The one in the wood basket is growing faster than the one in the small net pot.

Thanks Angela!! I got a question, a 2nd bloom on an old spike, you know when you cut back to the node, this has happened to me now 3 times, is it normal for some of the buds to die before they open?

Mine will usually drop a bud or two in that type of situation. Seems to stress the plant a bit when I let it continue to branch off and bloom. As long as the plant itself looks good you should be fine.

The plant is am talking about is also the same plant I posted a topic about a black hole on it, I was thinking stress had a lot to do with it, this is my 1st plant, so I have an attachment to it, you know I got some advice on here that I should destroy this plant, because it had 1 deformed flower, this plant gave me a beautiful bloom for over 3 months of about 16 flowers, and here it is again, even though its sick, working to put a smile of my face.. SNIF!! still haven't figured out whats up with the hole.

Will! I went and done it again, today I was in Walmart and decided to take a walk in the garden center, bad mistake!! I found me a 5 inch Orchid Salmon, the plant is in excellent condition as well as the roots, I got it for a discounted price of $4... I brought it home.
I also seen there an Orchid that had 2 plants in the same pot, there was a smaller plant coming off from the side of the main Orchid, first time I ever seen this.

Jeffery what is the name of this phal? It looks remarkably similar to my P. 'Pauline', pictured here;
