It's kind of hard to see details because your photos are kind of small, but here goes.
It does look like something funky is going on with your Phal leaf. If it were mine I'd cut off the leaf tip with a fresh razor blade. Just cut it straight across about an inch above the damage and then dab some regular cinnamon powder on the exposed wound. The cinnamon will help to seal the cut and fight infection.
You don't want your Phal to topple over so sit the plastic pot into something nearly the same size but heavier, like a terracotta pot. This will help short term, but in the near future it would be wise to check out what's going on with your roots. Sometimes newly purchased plants are growing in rotten media. There may also be rotten roots. If so, cut off any rotten roots, treat them with cinnamon, and repot your plant into fresh media. Be sure to use a pot and medium especially designed for orchids and avoid overhead watering. You can either dunk the pot in water or carefully water the media. Avoid watering those leaves or you could get a fatal case of crown rot.
Your last two plants look like Cattleyas. It's difficult to tell from the size of the photo but the leaves on the very last plant look like they may have been exposed to too much sun. Cattleyas like bright light but direct mid-day sun exposure can give them a sun burn. Tissue damage from sunburn is permanent but I don't recommend cutting off the leaves. Leave them on the plant. If the injury is too severe the leaves will eventually yellow and drop off on their own. Let your plant decide when to let go.
Just a note...My observations may not be accurate due to the small pictures. Larger pictures are very beneficial when trying to diagnose a problem. Good Luck.
