every1,thing on my end are doing well i lost one of my orchid meatloaf ( but tiger is doing GREAT it got her in january & she is still putting more & more flower out.in the pic this stem looking thing has been there since january its not growing not flowreing its just their what is it??? #2.the one that kind of opening with white stuff looking out whats that help plz.thankz guyz
