i really don't want to get my hopes up here BUT these little noid growths, are they going to become flower spikes?

The larger growth, nearer the end of the spike, looks like it might be a keiki. Think I can see a root forming there........

The new growth on the left looks like a normal flower spike branch. The other looks like it has not made up its mind completely. Only time will tell with that one.

I've seen very small keiki's flower. It kinda looks like that is what yours is going to do.

The one on the right definetly looks like a keiki to me. The left does look like a spike, congrats.
