Hello,
A beginner myself here but you peeked my curiosity, so I did a little digging on Grammatophyllum.

Unfortunately these varieties of Orchids (the cultivated ones apparently) seem to be infrequent bloomers, with one grower saying that they waited three years between blooms.

Generally speaking with this variety, from what I've read, it's a bit of an event when it does bloom and well worth the wait.

Hope that helps.
And here's a couple of links that may also help.

Grammatophyllum Orchids,
Grammatophyllum - Gardenology.org - Plant Encyclopedia and Gardening wiki

Here's hoping it blooms sooner rather than later!

PS you other plant looks lovely, but not sure I can help you there.

Your dendrobium looks like it a Dendrobium phalaenopsis hybrid. These tend to like bright light to flower. Here in the UK I grow mine in full sun, but that might be too much light in your part of the world, I am not sure.

If you move it to brighter light then move it slowly so it can get used to the extra light.

The first of these is another Den. Could have some Den Phal in the hybrid, but not sure.

Both the red flower and the first purple one after it, look like something in the Vanda alliance.

I'm not sure about your others.
