Default leave on phals and mini orchids

I have probable posted this before but on 2 of my phals the leaves are dark green and kinda soft and are bending over. Does these mean to much water, not enough water, or to much light. I have re-potted them about 2mths ago and they are in a clear pot with bark/charcoal at bottom but roots are in moss. Others plants are doing great but these two i am worried about. Also have two onc. jairak rainbow 'plum pretty' mini orchid that i bought at lowes and forgot them in the car for a few hrs and it got about 80 outside and now they are all yellow/pail green. any hope you think.
i will get pics up soon of them all tomorrow.

Are the Phal leaves wrinkled as well as limp. If so it means they are not hydrated enough BUT this can either mean not watering enough OR watering too much leading to root death. As you are growing in moss I would guess the second but that is just a guess. I would suggest taking a look at the roots to see what condition they are in.

If the oncs have changed colour due to the heat there is a good chance they have been boiled. If they were mine I would keep them till they are completely dead in the hope that a new growth might appear.

ditto above....and in addition....you say the phal leaves are a dark green? this could indicate not enuf light....make sure they are getting sufficeint light!....as you are having issues, and the plants are basicly in moss, i would remove the moss and put them in all bark mix....the moss could be hiding root rot still, and of course no root, no hydration....i, like rosie, would wait and see on the onc to see if it puts out new growth...cut away all dead leaves.....gl!
