I never noticed it before, but I also got some odd flower, its void a lip and a pedal<? or 2.

there's a lot wrong with this phal. This flowering on the plant may be the only occurrence that you'll ever have; maybe not. I would remove the flower spike altogether, 'force' energy into the foliage, roots. If it blooms like this again, I don't know that I would keep it; there's never enough bench space for good plants so why waste it?

ohhh!! this Orchid has been a real trooper, its my very 1st orchid, I got it in January some time, it has stayed in flower and also has started to rebloom even though its still in bloom, its surely 1 of my better looking plants

I think if it's a one off, as it looks from the fact the other flowers on the spike are fine, then don't worry too much. The other flowers look great.

I think also a 1 time thing, will I got 2 new spikes coming in with buds already, I will see how those flowers turn out.
