I think Gin is right too...
I have a phal that was under higher light and it is a little spotted, similar to yours. My other phals just turned red and another one had lighter leaves

I hope the tomato starts are from seed , I once took cuttings and ended up with white flies on them were not with the orchids .
They went for a winter vacation . Gin

They are seeds I started. Russian varieties that are short season and cold hardy. We'll see how they do. They sure like the Orchidarium.

it does not appear to have anything wrong with it. the change in location might have made it discolor a bit. If it is too close to the light source, that may also cause the leaves to mottle a bit. But it looks pretty healthy from this vantage point.

Following Gin's advice I moved it to a lower light location. The spots are disappearing. Hooray
