This Alcra. (Aliceara) Pacific Nova "Butter Buds" has leaf issues. I've had it about a year now. Initially was in spike and had bloom shown but none since. It grow in G/H ~70% humidity temps 65-85 and southern indirect light varies 2-4000 fc, no shadecloth (under an oak tree). Fertilize weekly weekly. Any thoughts as to what to try? Thanks.
