I aggree but would like to mention that lack of water can have 2 reasons. Watering not enough or watering too much. My guess what be that this plant has been over watered and lost roots due to this - making it unable to absorb enough water and nutrients.

Straightening the pseudobubls is good but not necassary to do. If you straighten them the smallest might up under medium level.
You want the newest (should normally be the largest) pseudobulbs in the middle of the pot and the oldest close to the side of the pot. This way you have room for new growths from the newest pseudobulbs.
I think your plant doesn't have many roots left in the moss it's planted in currently. In that case I would soak the roots that are above the pot for, let's say 1 1/2 hour in luke warm water. This makes them more flexible. You can work them carefully in the new medium but if you have to bend them too much they might break, despite the soaking before. If you can't get them in the pot, just leave them out of the pot. They are functional the way they grow now.
I suggest once you unpot, you make a good (large and sharp) picture from the roots so that we can guide you a bit during repotting.

You can upload a large size picture at for instance Flickr or Webshots (any free webspace will do). Then copy the URL from that picture and past it here when you insert an image. If the image is too large for this website, it will be rescaled, but clicking it will show the original view
At the end it should look like this, but with your own image.

Help, Nicole is correct in saying that their may not be many roots.
So as to promote new root growth I would also put rooting hormone in the water you soak the roots in.
