Default Sharry baby needs your help

I am a little worried about my Sharry Baby. I've posted pictures before and everyone said that the yellow is okay and that it would need more moisture since the leaves were so pleated. I've given it more water and food but the younger pbulbs just sit there and haven't moved for the last couple of months. I'm about to pull it out of the pot to check the roots but I wanted to check with you first to make sure that pulling it out is the best option. If I wanted to repot it should I just put it back in S/H or move it to some other medium? I'm assuming the roots are nicely adjusted to S/H by now so moving it to a different medium would only hurt.
