Well, this is happening with all my orchids. I have some two paphs, two phals, a Zygopetalum hybrid, a dendrobium, an oncidium hybrid, a cattleya, and a cattleya hybrid.
So. Different culture requirements here: Different light requirements, different temp likes and dislikes, etc. The Zygo and the Catt families, along with the Den and probably the onc hybrid will like brighter light than the phals will. Depending upon the Dend. it may require "chilling" too before wanting to set blooms.
The Zygo and Catt family 'chids will typically respond to appropriate light intensty. The Zygo's like to be well watered during growth too and will like a cooler temp than the phals like.
Fertilize during growth periods- weakly weekly.
If you are growing them all in the same area, you may need to separate them into areas that better meet their individual needs.
Hope that this helps.
