Not necessarily. Condensation occurs when the ambient temperature goes down and water condenses on the cooler bag. At a constant temperature there won't be any condensation.

Thanks for the information. I don't have any condensation, so it must be at least maintaining a constant temperature. Will there be a time that the sphagnum moss needs to be re-hydrated? How do I know?
The sphagnum should not feel wet to touch. When it's dry it's crisp, like dead leaves. It should be kept with just enough water to feel soft, not moist.
