Need Orchid "Doctor"/advisor in NYC

Hello all. I love orchids have a goodly number and most are doing OK. Most of my plants are over 4 yrs old and have never been repotted. Some look really sick and I'm not sure if they can be rescued or (sigh) discarded. I live in NYC and am looking for advice, preferaably someone who knows whats up and who can do the repotting or tell me how.
