Spring Water - non-Distilled - & Well Water - Application

I recently purchased two Novelty Phalaenopsis Orchids, one of them pretty pricey. So the seller raises her Orchids with water from her well. I do not have a clear answer of whether tap water will be okay in the future.

I emailed the seller to ask whether spring water (non-distilled) would be more suitable than tap water, for these plants used to well water. I haven't received an answer yet.

Would there be a downside to, or anything unsafe about using spring water (again, non-distilled) at this point? If I do use spring water, will these Orchids become accustomed, and have to have spring water exclusively from this point on?
