Hi wonderful orchid community!

I am a new member and so excited to have found you! I am pretty green about knowing the care and maintenance details, however I have been able to keep them all alive so far lolol. I have several types of orchids. I am considering repotting my neofinetia falcata. It has been growing in sphagnum for many years without repotting or fertilizing but has never flowered. I love the look of the traditional mossball style of potting, however my plants have grown many air roots that I'm not sure what to do about. I'm concerned that if I cover the air roots with moss that they will rot. Any advice would be much appreciated.
