Help - can I save this orchid?

Ive taken a couple of photos this morning of one of my Phals so you can see the amount of holes I find works for me.
It's a mini Phal in a 10cm wide x 10cm deep pot

It's doing great. Came back in full force now. New leaf. Healthy looking roots. Many new holes drilled to help it out (I don't mind watering it more often, and can always tape them off if I want to). Indeed it's been lovely to see it recover.

I thought i might give an update. She seems to be enjoying life to the fullest again (two new leaves, new spike, etc). Thanks everyone for all the advice
