Default Black spots on leaves

There are black spots on most of the leaves of my Onc. Sherry baby. Are they harmful? They don't look very good. Can I prevent them?

It's normal, and it actually looks pretty good.

I have a few Onc that consistently get those black spots on the tips, along with two Beallara. It drives me NUTS, and has almost caused their demise a couple of times by going overboard clipping it back.

I keep trying to think of it as they have freckles...but it so far isn't working for me.

Perfection is over rated, especially in this tribe.
