Hi!
My mother recently bought me a mini phalaenopsis which had extensive root rot. I cut the rotten parts off and repotted it on bark. I think the bark had too many small pieces and clogged the drain or something, and the rot has extended. Now, it only has a few roots left (like one and two halves).
I've been seeing different options like mounting the orchid, putting it in a glass of water, and even repotting it again, but not sure what to do. It had a flower stem and was pushing out another stem and a leaf, but I decided to cut off both stems to let the orchid use its energy for surviving.
Anyone know how to help her?
Btw, the large orchid from the previous post is all alive and happy, still blooming and with beautiful roots
