Paphiopedilum—Question about bud development

Hello folks,

Newbie here with new orchids.

I have a Paph. aka Lady Slipper that I purchased in bud.

Since I have never seen a Paph. except in pictures I am not sure if the differences in the movement of the actual bud are normal or if I am doing something wrong with light and watering.

Here are 2 pictures—one from the day it arrived from the vendor a week ago and the second one is from yesterday.

Is it normal for the bud to arch down and in towards the stem?

In google, if you just search 'paphiopedilum flower bud', there will be at least a few images of other people's flower buds .... such as:

Looks normal to me. You'll see how it organizes itself, with the pouch pointed downward, the petals and the dorsal sepal displaying themselves. It will take multiple days to open fully once it starts, so be patient...

Looks normal to me too. If you plan to turn it (so the flower faces the room rather than the window etc.), wait until the flower is fully open or close to it, otherwise they sometimes twist to follow the light.
