You may be able to find it on your water company's website. In the past I got them in the mail once a year, but now only online. So you may have to dig for it a bit.

Your utility will likely provide something similar to mine online. It's required for all US municipalities.

I went to Official Website of the City of Phoenix, Arizona
In the search box I put "water quality report"
In the list I see "Phoenix Water Quality Reports"
The most recent available is the 2019. Our previous year's report comes out in May of the following year.
