Voyager you had awesome grow spaces in your home and it certainly looks as if your plants were happy and healthy. It had to have been a labor of love, a lot of labor! It looked so nice and neat!

Moving to Hawaii must have been so exciting for you, your yard full of trees with orchids is to die for! I always enjoy your posts and I'm very envious of your paradise!

I had mail ordered some Bamboo orchid bulbs [Arundinas] from one of those junk mail packets with many cheap, low quality items being offered. One of the enclosed sheets offered "Exotic Hawai'ian orchids" at what seemed to be a very cheap price.
So, I sent off for some.
As cheap, as they were, little did I know just how over priced they really were.
They were selling weeds at a very inflated price, something like a couple, ... three bucks for 4 of them.

I then began to pick up a few more small orchids to supplement my growing addiction.

Then, I decided to stop renting and buy a condo.
After several months of looking and not finding anything that suited me I found this place.
I bought it because of the many windows for the orchids that I had and wanted to get.
My fate was sealed.

Well here's mine. I got it along with my other orchids from a local seller. Still havent seen the flowers nor know what kind of variant it is. We call it sanggumay in here. Wouls like to hear your opinions on what to improve in raising these planta

I have two.

I bought leftovers from Ten Shin Gardens at a show. When they bloomed, one turned out to be 4N, so I kept that one (but have not gotten around to taken a photo yet).

Then, my tenant bought a forma coerulea on Ebay. When it set a keiki, it came my way. Please meet 'Kaleido-Sky':
