Leaf edges curling in thin leaved orchids

I was thinking water (not enough) issues.
The other leaf on this same growth is also rather twisty. When plants do not receive enough water while they are growing leaves, some funny deformity can occur.

I've had some do this. I've always assumed it was a lack of hydration while growing issue. Certainly it seems that way in some of my Dendrobium keikis.
