week 3 of flaskling insanity!

Will post pictures from my phone (pictures are better from there...) The roots are still doing well, the leaves are still green and happy happy happy. I'm thinking that a pot or two may be going out to a few friends at the end of the week. Now heres hoping my schomburgkia flask kids do as well as these have...Those chids are a whole lot of nutty...I have yet to figure out why those roots and leaves look quite like they do....

Also today will be the first day that they receive fertilizer VERY weakly like 1/4 tsp to two gallons of water for them to sit in. and soak in. I will also be administering about 1/8 tsp of MagiCal again to make sure that they are hopefully going to continue to do okay and continue growing. We are about to get our first really cold spell of the season. High on saturday is 74* lows in the 50's..

Awww...aren't they precious little things!

Here's an idea , as your flaskling experiment is really interesting to people like me (who maybe one day will have the courage to follow in your footsteps ), you could create a thread where you post updates and pics so that we can stalk uhh, I mean follow their progress from babyhood to adulthood!

I think it would become a real reference, but also a motivation for others to try...I have to say I would have never even considered a flask but now...I AM CURIOUS.........

Look for strong parents. I got schomburgkia crosses and soemthing else u can see them on all the advanced froum all the thread put together.
