Paph new growth - Album on Imgur

The newest leaf on the younger growth on my paph appears dark purple. Is this rot? The rest of the plant as well as the roots appear healthy.

No, it is in bright shade. I moved it for a better picture. It’s on my screened in patio in northeast Florida. I have a rotating fan for still days. Humidity usually 60-80%, can get hot but since I’ve had this orchid temps have not been hire than 85, lately it has been cooling to 70s during the day and 60s at night, with a couple of dips into 50s this week.

Anyway, it doesn't look like sun burn. Seems to be rot...maybe there was water trapped inside the little crown.

Urgent measures required.
Take a look at this info (look at Bacterial infections).
