Unless you are ordering flasks (which generally only need a Phyto certificate at most) you will need CITES to order anything outside of the EU. And if the UK requires it, you also need an import permit. Honestly, unless there is a specific plant that you really really want and it can't be found in the EU, it's so much easier to shop at EU growers.

Also, many growers don't list all their plants on their websites, so if you have a specific plant in mind, you can also send the grower an email about. I've gotten some plants from several growers that way!

I was not thinking about you being from Spain, but when I searched "orchids" from Spain only, I found several dealers that were located in Spain and were selling on eBay - you shouldn't need any particular paperwork to order from those dealers, should you?
Unfortunately. both of the dealers I have been dealing with are based in the US, so they would not be of benefit to you.
