Ooooh... Those are some nice plants!
I would definitely have trouble choosing which ones!!
I like 1-3... I'm not sure what the first one is, but 2 and 3 look pretty and they also seem like a good choice.
8 looks like a Zygo type.. I'm not sure. It's pretty but I don't know what their culture is like.
9 looks like a Vandaceous orchid. Something that starts with an R.. I like vandas but their culture can be difficult... These would be okay if you have a greenhouse, or a setup that retains ample humidity, and enough warmth... Also enough room for them once they get bigger.
..and the yellow one. (Last picture)
The yellow one is pretty common and okay for a beginner, (at least I've heard so.)
I have a couple Cattleyas, a couple Paphiopedilums, some Phragmipediums, phals, and some vandaceous orchids. The Vandaceous orchids I have: Vanda coerulea (supposedly tolerates cooler temps than other vandas).. A Hygrochillus parishii, and a Darwinara Rainbow.
Other than that, I can't really say much. I'm still new to orchids
I started out in late November last year.
I'm sorry about the species thing! I pick out orchids that are available, regardless of species. There are some species that I want, but I try to stick with hybrids that are easier.
