I am doing the same thing! I'm using more shelving though, not so many baskets. They built a huge apartment building on the other side of my block and i lost my view, so I thought this would be the best thing to do. The windows are north facing so I get a lot of sun reflected off the new building, but I've also put in enough LED lighting to probably support the orchids without any sunlight since I don't know what the quality of that reflected light is. I'll post some pictures when everything is done.

Wow, can you see outside? Thats pretty cool, I love it. Our homes here in the US tend to be dark indoors. They need to include rooms or spaces that allow large amounts of sunlight to come in. If that were the case we orchid lovers would set up tables full of orchids all over the house. Haha..!
