The person who's photo is in question and I are in touch. Information on who granted permission has been exchanged. Of course when you're granted permission by someone who says they are the photo owner says you can use it and now you have another party saying it's theirs I have no recourse but to try to resolve but with an opportunity to do so.
Hard to apologize when you have no idea who is the owner at the time. I have messaged with the person and have expressed my concern and apology since we both have been put into a position here. We to have had photos taken but directly, I've never had a third party give my photo away as theirs.

Below is my final response to Naomim320 and I am disappointed that it turned out this way. I have edited out Naomim320's first name in the introduction and replaced it with her eBay ID

I no longer require information from you. I have done my own research, found the website where you took that screen shot from and done a Whois search on it. I am going to be very frank with you from here on out. I am not doing it to be mean or cruel but to make my position on this very clear.

Next, the whois:IP Checker - once there, paste the above link into the search box

First, if you right click any of the photos on that website and click 'view image' you will be redirected to reddit which should be a clear indication that the photos do not belong to that site. At best, this was an extreme failure in due diligence and research on your or your manager's part. Secondly, the website looks and acts questionable and not at all professional. Links don't work, the home button doesn't work and they have some language about "public domain' under their disclaimer that is, frankly, obviously bogus among other things. Also, generally, screen shots are not taken to save photos from the web as anyone who's been around a while should know how to save photos.

Next, I do feel like giving me a company name of "Ketik Nama Produk' was a red herring - no one would look at the above provided website and think that was the company name, especially when it says in the search box followed by examples of product searches. Further, once you do a Whois/IP search you'll find that the above domain was created in October 2018 which would make it difficult to acquire a picture from it in 2017.

Finally, it is unclear to me why you would have acquired my image in 2017 for use with Neofinetia falcata Shutennou. It is not Shutennou, but Shoujou and the image would not have been associated at all with Shutennou until this year when I started using it to sell Neofinetia falcata Shutennou 'Deep Pink' x Shutennou 'Fumi' with the caveat in my listings that it was not Shutennou but a similar clone and was for general reference only. Indeed, if you search for that cross, the first thing that comes up is my Etsy shop with harga.id no where in sight:

In closing, I do not feel that you have been 100% honest with me. I do not know what is truth and is not, only the facts that I have had to find out on my own with the crumbs you have given me. IF you have been 100% honest with me then it would appear that your manager is not honest with you and should, at the very least, be reprimanded.

Finally, for clarity regarding the copyright issue and use of my image or any of my other images I want to make it very clear: none of my images may be used by you, your employees, your company or any other persons or company without my written, explicit permission.

This will be my final response in this matter and I will also be posting this in response to your posts on the Orchidboard.

Supplemental info:

I was given a company name of "Ketik Nama Produk' at first. This is Indonesian for 'type the name of the product.'

I then requested a link to the website and instead received a screen shot of the website. I again requested it and was told that the manager was unavailable as she was on a plane and that naomim320 was still looking through emails for more information. The last correspondence I received was yesterday afternoon and have not been given the requested information again. I found the website on my own.

Unless new, credible information is produced I have come to my own conclusions about this matter and only post this so that others may also do so.

All I have is the information Angela remembers from over a year ago after she's trying to pull things from memory.
No one has been dishonest or eluding facts.
I made it quite clear I can only go off of what she noted which was little to none.
She is not a liar, nor have I ever had a reason to question her. Nor am I a liar, I've been in business successfully for over 20yrs in growing orchids and organic farming. We have no reason at all to not be thorough and truthful in this matter.
No one ever used a photo intentionally from you, this I can assure you. It makes no sense and especially business sense to do so.
As far as the posts, if you read what I've written it is all factual and to be honest to the point of what's actually going on.
The third party forum is less helpful to everyone. It was several people on this forum that contacted us as they are members and aware we do not and would not try to take advantage of anyone. I only joined to respond to an issue after reading the scathing remarks that were forwarded to me from members here.

Last but not least, I just referred back to your message, the reason Angela says she requested it is it was being advertised as the shuntennou cross in question. Which again should point out that there is a clear answer to why this happened from the site and contact she went thru. No one being dishonest except the third party from the stall/vendor she went thru.

After dealing with trying to figure out information from over a year ago thru an employee and making every attempt to try to help in this I recieve the prior post.
Our employee does have a life and honestly with my brothers health and the responses I've recieved in trying to rectify this matter it is not at the top of my priorities at this time. It's Christmas and I've been more than forth coming and tried to be helpful so that your picture isn't continued to be used by the source that granted us rights,,with out having the rights to do so. Since you made it clear not to contact you we won't and will stop going thru a years full of emails trying to find the one we mentioned from said vendor. Would've been helpful to you. Thank you again. Let the drama end.
