Yes, my guess is that they are in his family as well because i've never dealt with such a disinterested and rude customer rep. Even as a normal human interaction it was on the unexpectedly rude side with a failure to register the situation the customer was explaining simply because they didn't want to listen.

I actually had a situation with them where they missed one plant in one of my orders and promised to send it with the next order. They ended up forgetting again as well as missing another plant. They refunded me right away but it was completely disappointing because i really just wanted the plants.
