First, as ES has said, these plants are small. However, they are no smaller IMO, than Sophie's, who charges 4x as much. In fact, many of my Hausermann's orders have been this small, just better rooted. Ellen shipped with a heat pack, tightly wrapped each plant in a full sheet of newspaper, and kept an eye on the weather. She was kind, helpful, and responded to my emails right away. Her stock seems to vary, but at $5-7.00 a plant it would be a good way to start your collection.

You should be able to see all the labels. ES tells me I have potted my Catts wrong. However, each plant was wrapped in moss, not rooted in it, so I wanted to get the baby Catts into bark. Here they are... oops, I forgot Howerea Lava Burst 'Pacific Sunrise.' It was in spike but dropped a couple buds.

They look nice. Why has es told you that you potted your Catt's wrong?

Nice plants! So if I got it right you got these and went to Hauserman twice, all in a very short timespan? If that's the case, I like your kind of thinking! Now to find space for everyone.

I ordered from Olympic months ago. The weather was cruddy and Ellen held my order. Then we got a stretch of good weather, which coincided with Hausermann's open house. She shipped.
Afraid that friend Pam.couldnt go on the 4th and needing to go to IKEA (to furnish a work office) we went to Hausermann's, which is only 11 miles further. Olympic order on the step. Then Pam could go so I went with her and swore not to buy anything....yep.

That's funny that your long awaited order arrived just when you were shopping for more!

I'm also waiting for an order that I made almost a month ago. Now that the big freeze is over she shipped it out yesterday so I'm hoping it'll arrive before the weekend. That's the trouble with ordering from another country, it always takes so long. They are less than a 2 hour drive away, but not open on weekends so I can't go there...
