I recently won one of this seller's auctions for a Phalaenopsis Sweet Memory 'Liodoro' and the experience definitely bears mentioning here. It's actually my second order with this vendor and the first experience was a totally positive one, but in this second one the vendor went above and beyond. The day before shipping I was contacted that there was an issue with the auction plant and the seller offered a substitute plant which I agreed to.Upon arrival it was quite clear that the substitute was also in bud, but considerably larger than the plant I bidded on. I highly recommend this seller!

I have ordered from Lala once, last September I ordered a Dendrobium jenkinsii and received a beautiful little plant. The pot was absolutely overflowing with the plant. I repotted it into a wood basket and it has done very well, still doing the winter rest thing and not much growing going on. I hope to see flowers this spring. In my experience with Lala it was perfect, they emailed me when the plant was shipped. I had asked a couple of questions before buying it and they were fast to reply. I would order again, they carefully packed the plant and I was very happy with them as a eBay seller. I've saved them in my favs list.

Your plant looks very nice and in bud! Gotta love that.
